Bug reports & feature requests
Please include the tool name, the input that triggered the issue (or a minimal redacted version if it contains sensitive data), the expected behavior, and what you observed. Browser and OS version helps too.
Privacy & data requests
If you are exercising a GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA right, write "Privacy request" in the subject line. Because PureToolkit does not store tool inputs or user accounts, most requests can be answered immediately by confirming we hold no data on you.
Copyright / DMCA
Send DMCA notices with the subject "DMCA notice" including the URL of the allegedly infringing material, identification of the copyrighted work, your contact information, and the required statements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
